Workshops and Talks
There are a selection of workshops and talks planned involving photography for all ages aimed at schools, community groups and local residents. Open studio event for all the family at 72 Sara House, Larner Road
Friday 5th April, 12.00 - 5.00 pm.
Photographic Artist and local resident, Trent Stickland, welcomes you to come and view his photography studio and gallery.
Photogram workshop:
Come and make a photographic image without a camera by placing objects directly onto the surface of photographic paper and then exposing it to light. Try and bring your own objects for your own unique image.
Camera Obscura workshop:
Come and trace the view overlooking Larner Road onto paper, by using the device as many Victorian artists used to.
(The success and quality of image produced by the camera obscura will depend on the quality of light available on the day).
